As teachers, we struggle daily with how to incorporate ideas into lessons. This page is designed as a one stop resource. I have added several additional globalized lesson plans, and I have also included several links to organizations that have also developed global education lesson plans.
1. PBS is an excellent resource for global education.
2. The New York Times as an excellent section on global history and how to teach current events.
3. The Center for Global Studies is also a very informative site.
4. UNICEF also has an entire website dedicated to global issues. It is TeachUNICEF.
5. OxFam is excellent resource. It has key issues described from around the world. Anyone interested in global issues or global education needs to be familiar with this resource.
GLOBAL LESSON PLANS

It explores the background of what it means to be a citizen through having the students complete a webquest. It would be appropriate for any Social Studies or language arts class.
